Aventura Spa palace/Cancun tours
DH and I are leaving for our honeymoon on Sunday... We're staying at Aventura Spa Palace in Cancun.... we have tours included in our package... If you have any suggestions on things we shouldn't miss, please tell me! :)
* Chichen-Itza
* Wet'n Wild
* Tulum/Xpu-Ha
* Isla Mujeres
* Coba
* Ek-Balam/Valladolid
* Paradise Snorkeling

We did Tulum when I stayed at Moon Palace and it was really cool... VERY VERY hot though and a lot of walking. Wear a bathing suit because there is a beautiful beach there that you can go to.
I have heard Isla Moheres is beautiful as well. We didn't end up doing many excursions because we were content hanging out at the pool in the hotel just relaxing!
Chichen Itza is similar to Tulum but MUCH bigger.

You can also take the bus to the ferry to get to Cozumel which I heard was good for snorkeling and scuba also.

Chichen Itza, Tulum and Coba are a must if you ask me, but we love history so it depends what you are interested in... wish we had enough time to do Ek Balam!

you are so smart!! I wish we researched this before we went... we had no clue and by the time we figured it out once we were there, all the tours were full! But we were also perfectly happy chilling out at the pool- their pools are GORGEOUS and each room has a balcony with a nice hammock...

We stayed at Adventura on our Honeymoon- WE LOVE IT!
We did Tulum and Xpu-Ha. Tulum was VERY HOT. Wear a bathing suit to both places, they both have beaches. Also, make sure you bring bug spray if you go on the jungle tour at Xpu-Ha.
We didn't go to Chichen because it took too long to get there.
