Average Heart Rate?
Is there an average for the fetal heart range, or something is too low or too high? This last appointment baby's heart rate was only 137.

137 is very normal and if you go by the old wives tale they say anything under 140 is boy :) ive always heard 120 - 180 is pretty average and healthy.

As the baby gets older the heart rate goes down. my HR was 149 at my last appointment.

I have NSTs 2x/week and got nervous because the baby's HR would go down to 119, my OB said anything between the high "one-teens" and 160s is fine.

I worry about this all the time especially since the numbers were so high in the beginning and now went down. I found this online.

I'm having a  and the HR is usually between 140s -150s...doc said anything over 120 is good!

At my first sono it was 116 and last sono it was 176....I guess it varies greatly!
