Avg price for a cleaning service?
I am looking to get a cleaning service and was wonering what the average rate is. It is for a living room, dining room (both avg size), a fairly small kitchen, one bathroom and 3 bedrooms.
Also do your cleaning people wash your windows inside everytime they come?

I have a cleaning lady, not a service and she charges $65. She does not do windows. I have 3 BR/2 Bath, den, LR, DR.

Bumping...I'm trying to compare this too. I have a great woman who came when I first moved in. She now wants $120 to do everything including windows and I feel like that is really high!

mine does my 4 bed 3 full bath colonial plus windows for $60. Now, we have had them for a long time, so I don't know if their prices has gone up!

I pay $70 every other week, I have 3 beds, 1.5 baths.
ETA They don't do windows, but would for an extra cost if I wanted them to.

I paid $65 for a large 1 bedroom apartment
I thought that was fair- until I see people pay that for a house
my lady washed the sheets, cleaned the fridge and basically did what ever I left a note asking her to do
I thought it was worth it
I need to find one is Queens soon-

My cleaning lady (who is here right now  ) charges me $80. She comes once every 3 weeks for THOROUGH cleaning. She does clean the inside of the windows.
I have a LR, DR, DEN, 2 full baths, 3 bedroom ranch.

I just hired a cleaning woman today who came recommended to me from a family member. She charges $75 every other week. I will let you know how she is.
We have 3 bedrooms 1 3/4 bath living room, dining room, kitchen and family room.

i paid 50 for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath co-op. i haven't gotten her estimate for our house yet
