AWESOME baby book rave!
My friend who's a BTDT mom recommended to me a book called "Baby 411" as a go-to guide for all things baby and parenting.
It was most recently updated for 2011 so it's very current.
I ordered it from Amazon for like 10 or 12 bucks..
IT'S AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! And it's not a book you need to read cover to cover, it's more like a reference guide of straight up advice.
I also ordered along with it "What to Expect the First Year", which is pretty good, but IMO does not compare to Baby 411.

Same authors as BabyBargains......right?
My girlfriend (has a 2.5 year old son) said she still refers to it on occasion - but that it single-handedly got her through the first year.
I plan to order it too!
