Awesome craft idea for Infants!
I just wanted to let all of you know of an awesome craft idea for Infants!
They do this with all of the kids at DD's daycare- and they love it!
So what they do is take 2 pieces of construction paper- cut one into a shape (they did fish)- and then tape or glue the shape onto the bigger piece of construction paper (the un-cut one). Then they take finger paints, and put them all over the cut out shape in blobs. They they take contact paper and put it on top of the entire thing.
Then they let the kids smush the blobs of paint around. So they make a pretty painting without the mess! I thought it was such a good idea! The Easter bunny even put finger paints in her basket!

They even did "real" finger painting without the contact paper- and DD LOVED it!
