YES ...in fact some doctors give out prescription folgard. Which is b complex (all the b vitamins) and extra folic acid.
Those vitamins are great :) Take some bromelain as well :) The pineapple enzyme to help implantation. I heard vitamin E may also assist with implantation.

I was told to take the highest dosage of folic acid AND a prenatal vitamin, so yes, I'm sure it's safe.
