My dr said to do half a tab of each 3 times a day. I won't take a sleep aid when I work or have to drive I only do it at night before bed. I sleep better and mornings are better than they were with nausea.

I took the unisom but it didn't help with the nausea for me.

I took this and THANK GOODNESS for it!!! I took half a unisom and a B6 before I would go to bed and it absolutely worked!! I was miserable before my doc told me about it! Def try it!
