Babies on Halloween.. What are you doing?
Are there any "events" going on since it is a Saturday, like is the mall doing anything?
I want to take her somewhere otheer than stopping by our parents' houses etc.

We live in Stony Brook and every year they have the Scarecrow Festival and Trick-or-Treating in Stony Brook Village by the duck pond. There are performances by kids, the Scarecrow Contest you can vote on, and all the kids go trick-or-treating at all the store fronts. It's really cute and a lot of fun. We've been going for at least the past 15 years (we use to go with my little cousins every year) and now we're taking our own DD. Last year she was only a month old but we still had fun!

I'm just going to walk around my sisters neighborhood. (She has three kids). I'm sure there are plenty of things going on since its on a Saturday.
Stony Brook Village is a good idea. It is really cute!

This is gonna sound odd...but we're starting with Riley's Christening. My church has a private ceremony on Saturdays, so we chose that one. It's gonna be very small...just immediate family.
Then Riley will trick or treat with her cousins since they made the trip out to NJ! They are so excited to take her around!
