Babies R Us Antitrust settlement? UPDATED w/ REPLY ABOUT NO RECEIPTS
The time frames for many of the items are very expansive. ie, if you bought a Britax between 1999 and 2011 you could file a claim. There are many items on the list and in the time frame that most women on this site purchased them.

What exactly does this mean? It says in out, file a claim?  I purchased a few of those things during those time frames? Do you get money back?

Not exactly sure what you can recoup, esp if you no longer have receipts. They are not asking about malfunctioning items or anythinglike that but they violated antitrust laws and conspired with these companies to force the prices higher on these brands. Someone who is in the legal field would know much more that I do from reading the documents. I emailed them bc they don't make it clear in the FAQ about certain things like if you no longer have receipts. For example, I don't have receipts of my son's Kidsline bedding from 2002 anymore. I'm sure that's the case with many other people. You could send them an email with more specifics. I will post here too if I hear back. I'm sure they are getting a lot of emails.

From reading that it says you will get the most back if you have the reciepts. I am wondering if they give you less if you don't have the receipts. I purchased several of those items in 2005 and have not one receipt. Not even one of the items anymore, they were all given away or sold.

I just filled out the claim form and it certainly is asking me to upload a copy of my receipt. It clearly states:
If you are not able to do so, after completing your file on-line you will be able to print a confirmation page, and you must mail in your supporting documentation with that confirmation page to the address indicated thereon for your claim to be considered eligible for payment.
Basically this means I am SOL since I certainly do not have my receipts anymore (and dont get me started on the fact that I only threw them out about four months ago
ETS: and of course I would have tried to submit my registry but it would appear that it does not exist anymore....

They replied to my email about the receipts and here is the reply in full if it helps anyone. Not sure anything but an actual receipt proves what you bought so it sounds like you can get a couple bucks, not really anything though. Also, what if it was off your registry, you wouldn't necessarily have the receipt. Even if they allow past registry lookups, I am pretty sure BRU does not keep computer files of 9 yr old registries. Nor would they be dying to give access if they don't have to. Awesome for those who have receipts though!!!
HERE'S THE REPLY:
Thank you for your inquiry. You can still file a claim if you no
longer have the receipt(s). However, for authorized claimant that
submits a valid, sworn and timely Claim Form but does not submit either
valid proof of purchase or proof of purchase price, he or she shall be
entitled to a one-time payment of $5.00 from the Individual Settlement
Fund(s) for which he or she is eligible, but in any event shall not be
entitled to any enhancement nor be entitled to more than one $5.00
payment from each Individual Settlement Fund(s).
Valid proof of purchase is receipts, cancelled checks, credit card
statements, records from Toys ‘R’ Us or Babies ‘R’ Us, or other records
that show you purchased Settlement Product(s) from Toys ‘R’ Us or
Babies ‘R’ Us, and when the purchase was made.

I didn't have receipts for any of my items anymore but I was able to look up my stuff through the Rewards program.
You can go to TRU.com and sign into your rewards account and it'll give you all of your purchases. I was able to print it -- it had the date I bought the item and the price I paid for it.

Arg! I was registered before there were rewards, I don't have receipts for things other people bought me, and I can't get a copy of my registry any longer. soooo annoying!
