Babies R' Us Furniture
Which sets did you get/register for?
We love the Jardine Olympia set in the dark pine finish, but the review online are not great for it, saying it scratches & wears super easily, even from just changing the baby, the finish wears off, etc. It's pine, so I know it's a soft wood, but we love it. I just don't want it to look like crap after 2 months, you know?

Re: Babies R' Us Furniture
I too had picked out a Jardine set and changed my mind after reading the reviews on the cribs and furniture.
We just chose a set by Simplicity , Ellis. Need to just order it! Image Attachment(s):

Can you tell me where you would find reviews on cribs?

www.babybargains.com has good reviews. The Jardine had a good rating for cribs in the baby bargains book but not a good rating on the furniture.

Oh, thank you! I forgot to check out my Baby Bargains book, and we're going to hopefully order tonight. The reviews on the babies r us website were not good for the pieces. Who knows...

Re: Babies R' Us Furniture
We got Jardine Capri
For the money it looked ok. We would have definatly gotten better if we could have afforded it, but it looks great for the price and the Crib seems nice and heavy ( wood) and got good ratings.

Re: Babies R' Us Furniture
I do not recall the make/model from 6 years ago, but my first's crib was from BRU...looked great for the 3 years I used it. I bought from there again for this baby.

We have the same furniture and it is true it does scratch very easily. We are also having issues with the drawers, they keep sticking. It is beautiful furniture but I wished I had spent more time looking before we decided.
