babies schedule
How do you get twins on a schedule? Mine just turned two months yesterday, so I'm a bit early, but I really would like to start the process as soon as possible. I just don't know what I'm supposed to do to get this going?

Re: babies schedule
Do you mean a day's routine, or do you mean eating and sleeping at the same time?

Re: babies schedule
I would start by putting the days into separate increments..
Morning Afternoon Night
Start with the morning and when the morning schedule becomes routine move on to the night and when that becomes routine work on the afternoon..I have always found that the afternoon is the toughest one to get going..
You probably have more of a schedule/routine than you think you do. Start writing down your day and you'll see that you're already half way there..

Re: babies schedule
I had a hard time up until 4 months to get them on a schedule. Around then I started putting them in their cribs for naptime instead of letting them fall asleep in their chairs. Usually they would take one a few hours after their first feeding of the day. Then when they woke up from that nap I would then feed them again and then put them down for another nap. even if they fell asleep on me I would pick them up and put them upstairs.
My schedule got down pretty quickly. We even had a bedtime at 7PM put into place at that time too.
Before then I really found it hard to get them on any type of schedule. I more or less fed them every 2-3 hours and let them nap when they wanted to.
