Baby #3 on the way......
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their third child, Kensington Palace has announced.
The Queen and both families are said to be "delighted with the news".
As with her previous two pregnancies, the duchess, 35, is suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, or severe morning sickness.
She will no longer carry out her planned engagement at the Hornsey Road Children's Centre in London today.
Catherine is being cared for at Kensington Palace, the statement said.
The duke and duchess have one son, George, and one daughter, Charlotte, aged four and two.
With the previous two pregnancies, the couple announced them before the 12-week mark - when most women have their first scan - because of the duchess being unwell with hyperemesis gravidarum.
Her first pregnancy was revealed when she was just a few weeks pregnant with Prince George after she was admitted to hospital in December 2012.

Awesome!
I'm pretty sure she announced her second baby on Labor Day (2014) as well .. weird coincidence lol. Her first 2 kids I was pregnant at the same time and at the exact same stage of pregnancy & my kids were born within a few days of hers... so it feels a little weird that she's pregnant this time but I'm not lol!

I give her credit. If i had HG as bad as she did I would have stopped at one!
Hell, I didn't get sick a day in my pregnancy and I STILL stopped at one.

I didnt know about her being sick, more about her being pregnant again, it was an impulse type of how I was feeling at the moment. Going through a lot and hearing about one more person being pregnant stung.
my post is really not about her.
I did read he was not ready for a 3rd

Same! My kid is the heir AND the spare.
Seriously, I'm quite surprised she'd put herself though this again, given how severe it's reportedly been. I wish them well.

Aww, good for them. Though it sounds like she's probably so sick again, they seem like great parents and I'm sure there is pressure to have more heirs. I'm happy for them and can't wait to see if it's another prince or princess.

While being sick sucks, she doesn't live a "normal" life and has unlimited help with cooking, cleaning, childcare. And can also declare she's no longer working.

I had HG. No one goes through that for a THIRD time voluntarily. She was either under pressure or not that sick.
Honestly, I find the whole thing kind of odd.

I totally get it. i love them, but with my own struggles its always something that knocks me down a tad when I hear of others. Others who are the same age, or OLDER than me. Ughh.

It was probably a surprise pregnancy. I mean what could she really do? Abort a royal fetus?
ETA: I'm happy for them! I feel for her though. It's hard to be that sick for so long. I also suffer from HG when I'm pregnant and it's awful. It's gotta be easier for her though, having Drs and people on call to help you with every little thing. If I could lay in bed all day while sick that would make pregnancy much easier. Instead I have to function and get stuff done. It's so hard.

Or maybe they just wanted more than 2 kids so she choose to suffer for 9 months???? I guess in grand scheme of things it was worth it to her.
