Baby Bargains gave my furniture company an F!!
I ordered Ragazzi furniture and I just checked the baby bargains book and read that the furniture is made in China and their cusomer service sucks!!!
Would you order the furniture anyway?..Should I cancel the order??

I wouldn't even worry about. I never even looked at that book. Bad customer service is a silly reason for it to do so bad.

What were the reasons for the F? If customer service is the only reason (which I doubt), then I would go ahead and order. As long as you don't care about that.
If the F is for poor contruction, shoddy materials - then I would pass.

I have a Ragazzi set for DS thought I bought 2 years ago and have no problems with it at all. I actually wanted to get DD a Ragazzi set and when I went to Behr's they told me the company went out of business.
Where did you find a Ragazzi set?

Searchg for feedback online to see what real people have to say about the company. And keep in mind not everyone has the same experience. For example people are always bashing Dell and Dell's customer service, but I personally love my computer and never had a problem with the compnay.

I would probably cancel and look for something else. I am not sold on all of their reviews but furniture is one thing I would not skimp on.

I have Ragazzi furniture. I have had NO problems with the furniture, and customer service was very helpful to me when I misplaced the directions to convert the crib to the full sized bed.
I dont think you should cancel
Actually the original Ragazzi went out of business, but there is a new company selling furniture under the Ragazzi name

I try to stay away from anything made in China these days... but I wouldn't hold that book as the end all be all either. A lot of stuff is personal opinion and just b/c the majority of mom's like or don't like something doesn't mean it won't work for someone else. You may never need customer service - and I'm not sure any company today is really outstanding in that catagory. I read a post recently regarding problems with the company that makes the dresser I ordered... for what I need it for I'm sure it will be fine. Cribs are a little more concerning b/c the baby is actually in them.
