Baby bumbo seats/chairs
My DD will be 3 months next weekend
She really loves to look around, but there are not many places in the house where she can really sit...the swing and her bouncy seat are nice, but she wants to sit up straighter....she is on the couch for a bit and then kinda falls over
so my question is, are these bumbo seats/chairs any good?

Re: Baby bumbo seats/chairs
They are great! My DD loved hers!! As long as DD can hold her head up, they are safe to use. I wish my DD could use hers longer but her chubby thighs prevented that!

Yes. DS used it at home a lot. Especially when he started to get a flat head and we were able to put him in it once he could hold his head up. We also got the tray to attach to it and we used it as a portable highchair when we went to someone's house.

Re: Baby bumbo seats/chairs
DD loves hers! She is 5 months old now and has been using it since about 3 months old. Just make sure DC can hold his/her head up well enough to use it.....They sell a tray to go with it thatis well worth the $....serves as a portble high chair for visits and also helps keep toys at the babies level......I know Once upon a child sells them used....and its the perfect item to sanitize if you skeeve germs.....I think it was only 17$

Re: Baby bumbo seats/chairs
Liam used it for about 2 weeks and then he started swinging his body backwards and almost tipping it. We don't use it anymore. Waste of $ in my opinion. However, I didn't get one until 4months... maybe I should have bought one sooner?

Re: Baby bumbo seats/chairs
Shaylie would sit in it for a little bit, but then she would arch her back to try and get out. It was too dangerous for her because she can fall back, so its now been retired. She really didn't get much use out of it.

Re: Baby bumbo seats/chairs
My older child got a lot of use out of it! We just briought it down for the baby to enjoy and my 2 tr old still wants to sit in it!
My daughter is 3 months and seems to like looking around from it!

Re: Baby bumbo seats/chairs
I had something similar to the Bumbo seat and I thought it was a waste. My DD used it 2-3 times and then didn't need it.
