Try the newer Baby Bjorn models and the Lascal M1 at Buy Buy Baby.
I'm getting the Lascal 'cus I got a good deal for that carrier and it's probably the only one DH would be caught dead wearing, besides the Bjorn.
I've also tried the Ergo and it's really BIG for a petite girl and doesn't look too attractive. :D
Whatever you decide on, if your DH is also using it too, make sure it is unisex looking and comfortable for the baby!
My friend got the sling and did not use it 'cus it wasn't too comfy for her baby and her DH refused to wear it so they end up getting the Bjorn instead.

I have the baby Bjorn and I love it. We use it all the time. Now that my son is older, we have turned him around to face forward. He loves looking out.
