Baby Carrots.... who woulda thought?
I was just reading this article and i thought it might be interesting to share.
Apparently Baby carrots are known to help hostile cervical mucus become much more sperm friendly. One of the best combinations is increased water intake, eating a lot of baby carrots, and taking Evening Primrose Oil. All of these things are known to create better cervical mucus no matter what your issue is, so when you combine all three you are almost sure to see some improvement.
Many doctors speculate that baby carrots do not really work all that well to change or help create change in cervical mucus while others swear that because of baby carrots they were able to conceive. There isnt a whole lot of scientific data to back up the claim that baby carrots help with cervical mucus, but that does not mean that it is a lost cause. Carrots are good for you, so you know that even if you eat them in large quantities they are not going to affect you negatively. The worst thing that happens is that you snack on something healthy and see no change; the best thing is that it improves the quality of your cervical mucus allowing you to get pregnant easily.
Baby Carrots and Cervical Mucus
On a personal note, I think I'm going to add those into my diet... just in case

Re: Baby Carrots.... who woulda thought?
yeah, they say to up your water intake also, but I already drink soooo much water as it is. So this is at least something new I can do. I used to eat 'em all the time so I need to get back into that routine. lol. I'm heading to the store right after work to get some.
And as for "Hostile" CM. lol. I guess that just means drier than the sticky sperm-friendly kind. That word is funny tho to use for something like that.

ive also read that baby carrots are soaked in chlorine after they are peeled to keep them "fresh" and that that is why they get slimey after a few days. i would just get a regular bag of carrot sand peel them myself.
