Baby food questions-moms who make your own
Do you peel zucchini before cooking it?
Why does the book say to introduce cauliflower at 1 year? Can I do it sooner?
What mixtures do you make for older babies?
How do you serve chicken/turkey?
How bad is it to give baby Ovengold turkey? Maybe I gave her a little and she liked it

i will tell you what my ped said. there are no restrictions on food other than:
tomatoes and oranges/orange juice (because of the acidity) cheese and milk chocolate honey eggs
everything else is okay. i was just told to wait 4 days in between introducing new foods.
and DS totally loves chicken and turkey! i give him whatever i made for me (usually roasted or from the deli) in tiny pieces.
no idea about cauliflower other than that it might cause gas. i am waiting on giving him foods like peppers, cauliflower and broccoli for that reason.
and i would not peel the zucchini, if it's cooked it should be nice and mushy and easy to eat!
