Baby Gap - Great Sales

Just thought I'd let you know. I found some great things in the sale section and when I got to the register they were dicounted even further!

I got my little man a pair of jeans for $8.99 and a bunch of cute onesies for $5.99.

Honestly - yes. For me it feels very weird and there seems to be more of a selection for girls than boys. But at the same time it's still really fun and I get more items for my money since I can focus better. Chat Icon There are a lot of things that are just as fun...like I really enjoyed buying a bathing suit for a little girl and was sad to return it but then I went to look at the boy section and found the cutes pair of bathing shorts...so freakin adorable.

The only thing that drives me crazy is that so much stuff is sports related...I would prefer more variety.

Thanks! I will definitely check it out!

I am happy to say that we have a name - we had it from the start and dropped the discussion but it seemed so comfortable when we thought about it again. Chat Icon

It wasn't too bad. Just about everything that was purchased will remain since it was more neutral - or actually more boy-ish to begin with. There was one item purchased that was all girl so I'll just exchange that if I actually get it. Everyone in the family was really good about reaching out and spreading the word quickly.

I was able to delete the rest of my unpurchased bedding from nursery depot but there were two purchases made. One I have and will send back for credit to get some of the boy bedding. The other my MIL will contact the person to let her know our surprise so that she can decide what she wants to do.

It has been pretty smooth so no complaints. Chat Icon

Ang - which Gap did you go to? I went to the one in Wantagh and got some cute things - but they didn't have a huge selection!

I went to the one in Manhattan in Chelsea (5th Avenue) - not a big help I know. But it sounds like they had about as much as Wantagh. I walked out with only a handful of things but at really great prices.

Now you have me tempted to go to Wantagh. Chat Icon
