I think JC Penny does it. I had Ethan's taken in my Mom's bare hands at Walmart when he was 4-weeks old and it came out great! Don't have a copy on the computer to share.

I had ours done at Target. JC Penny's and Target use the same company for backgrounds, props, processing, so they both have the hands, I believe.
