baby insurance when born
Having so much trouble still with finding insurance for the baby upon delivery. What is everyone else doing. Is the baby covered under your plans or DH's or are you getting something separate. DD could be covered under me but its an additional $200 a month that we cannot afford so I'm trying to figure out an alternative route.

Re: baby insurance when born
We couldn't afford to pay the monthly insurance rate through my DH's insurance so a coworker of mine told me about Child Health Plus. They do not cover the baby from birth so we had to put DD on my DH's insurance and once Child Health Plus kicks in we will take her off. That might be an option for you.

Re: baby insurance when born
Yea we are paying the full premium because we make too much. My coworker told me not to put down DH's income but I was afraid they would find out. I figured paying $125 a month is better than $280 a month through DHs ins.
