Opal, Im going to go with a yes, It seems to do both, an infant seat and then a seat for an older child.
Pretty cool!

That is awesome - but the stroller itself is $500 and the second seat is $160!
DH would have my head

ok, i may just be the only one who doesnt like the fact that if you have them both looking at you then the lower child is looking at nothing but the back of a seat....

I love it - I had seen that you could configure it a LOT of ways, but never saw this pic with all the options!
I know it comes out next month - I wonder if BBB will be getting it to test in person! If so, this would be a GREAT alternative to the Uppababy Vista which I was also considering!!!
How much does it weigh with one seat?? ETA: 22 lbs frame. With one Seat 28 lbs. With 2 Seats 36 lbs

Opal, if I can have it you can have it. Ella is only 4 months older than Elizabeth.

looks a lot like uppababy with the rumbleseat! But it's like $180 cheaper AND accomodates the second seat in a variety of ways, unlike the Vista which only accomodates a rumble seat with both seats only facing mom/dad/stroller pusher.

The Baby Jogger City Select Car Seat Adapter works with the following car seats:
Chicco Car Seat, Peg Perego Primo Viaggio, and most Graco and Evenflo models.

sweet. now, the stroller with toddler seat is 500. the bassinet is another 150. its the same price but it does give the option of two seats over one seat and rumble. deff something to look at!

I love it, but Elizabeth hates sitting in a stroller so I don't want to waste my money! Seems like it would be perfect for twins!

Although I really like that it is a double stroller that is the length and width of a single, the way the seats are situated, the one in the back would kick the cr*p out of the one in the front.
