Baby Kicking OR Braxton Hicks
This may be a stupid question but I can't tell the difference.
I had experienced Braxton Hicks a couple of weeks ago so I know what they feel like. The thing is recently I've been having really tight pains in my stomach that cramp down to my private area. I would think they are Braxton Hicks but at the same time if feels like the baby is moving around.
I'm confused...which one do you think it is? Can the baby cause cramping just by moving around?

BH you will feel tightening all over, from the bottom of your belly all the way up to the top.
When its the baby moving, its concentrated in one area.

I've never had cramping from the baby moving. However, when the baby turns, it's definitely a weird feeling. It feels like my insides are being pushed out and it's concentrated in one spot. Is that what you're feeling or is it painful/uncomfortable cramping? BH can be concentrated in 1 area although I think it's more common for your whole belly to tighten.

It's definitely cramping (mentrual cramps) at the same time that my stomach tightens. Which would make my think they're BH. But the weird thing is I can feel the baby moving at the same time 
So, right now I'm feeling cramps (no tightness yet) and the baby is doing aerobics in my stomach. But like right now I just felt him move and the cramp intensified. It's so weird.

I definitely haven't experienced that. It sounds like BH, but I'm not sure. I've had BH, but I haven't had cramping with it. Have you mentioned it to your doctor?

I got BH for the first time the other day. My whole stomach tightened up. I felt my stomach and it was like a rock. It didn't hurt at all. There should be no cramping.
