Baby movement.. how do you know for sure?

sorry, this might sound like a dumb question... for the past few days I've been feeling little pops in my lower tummy, at first I thought it's probably gas, but I am not really "gasy" lately. The pops are always one at a time, not a series of pops, more like something is rolling inside me (if this makes any sense!)

People always say that I will KNOW when it's the baby moving.. but HOW? I feel like a dumb*ss that I can't even tell if it's my own baby moving

I am 15w2d today.

I couldn't tell either if it was baby or gas until last week (around18 weeks)... all of a sudden it became obvious it was baby and not gas. There was no mistaking it for gas. You probably are feeling the baby, it will become more frequent and more obvious in the next few weeks.

The first few times I felt flutters, I wasn't sure what it was. I eventually realized that it was definitely the baby, especially when I felt something several times over a 5 or 10 minute span. It sounds like you're feeling flutters. You could always drink some juice and see if you feel anything within 5 or 10 minutes.
