I use shout-but you have to get it on there pretty much immediately and gross but wash off any excess before you do

I usually pre-treat with that Dreft stain remover. It gets some of it out, but not always all of it.
I treat it, wash it-- then if it doesn't come out, treat it and wash it again. Don't put in the dryer until you wash it 2 or 3 times to do your best to get it out.

I use this too-works pretty well.

totally toddler stain remover is the only thing that really worked but like everyone else said you need to do it right away and a few times. They sell it at BRU.

I have found that the Oxy stain remover takes out almost all body fluids (spit up, vomit, poop, etc).

If I immediately washed it in the sink with just soap and water, it would get almost all of it out. (BUt you need to scruba nd rub it together for a few minutes.) Then I would put a spray on it til I could fully wash it in the washer. It always came out.

I use oxy-clean and a scoop of baking soda and have been pretty lucky when I soak the stuff for a 1/2 hour.

Re: baby poop stains???? I had no idea...???
I am proud to report that we have NEVER lost a bib or an outfit to a stain (and unfortunately, DS seems to poop his pants at least 4 days a week )
here's my protocol for poop explosions :
once baby is clean again, immediately take clothing into bathroom. Turn pants inside out and rinse off everything until you only have the stain left....
Fill the sink with HOT HOT HOT water. Add one small scoop of fragrance-free oxyclean (roughly 3 tablespoons for a bathroom sink) and a dash of detergent. stir to dissolve oxy (I stir with the clothing, since it's too hot to put my hand in the water). dop all affected clothing into sink. stir occassionally. The stain WILL come out. It may take 20 min, it may take 2 hours, but it will eventually disappear.
Then rinse clothes, dry in shower, and toss in regular laundry.
HTH!
