Baby shower gift dilema...could this be for a girl too
my brother is a fireman and he is expecting a girl in July.
I saw this while shopping for something else the other day...and fell in love. I want to get it for the shower gift, but not sure if it's good for a girl....even if she'll be the proud daughter of an incredible marine and firefighter 
trying to post a pic so you don' have to use the link. we'll see

Totally fine for a girl! Very cute! I was looking at that when my new nephew was born. I got a piggy bank from there instead, though, b/c it's a tradition I started with my nieces and newphews. I think that's adorable for a boy or a girl.

awesome. I love this site. I used it to get stuff for my flower girls planning that thing I did a while back  
I want to get this dish set as an heirloom type thing...but I will definitely pick up something for every day here! thanks!

that is adorable and VERY appropriate for a girl given the reasoning. Now if your brother wasn't a firefighter then I wouldn't get it for a girl, but since he is that's a great, and VERY thoughtful gift!
