My mother got packages of wooden spoons at bed bath & beyond along with those clips that close bags of potatoe chips and some cute address books. Nothing too crazy.
You can also try the dollar store, sometimes they have cute frames and things.

We caught a really great sale at Bath and Body works and picked up a bunch of stuff from there for the prizes!

We gave out mini-lotions from Bath & Body, small pic albums from Target, pic frames, candles & mini-alcohol bottles & lotto tickets for the guys

I LOVE what my mom did.. she gave out $5.00 gift cards to the guests and put them in cute baby cards with bows. I found that to be awesome bc it is useful.
I did antibacterial hand gel and mini lotions for my sisters shower from bath and Body Works. (I guess that is a common prize)
