baby shower question

so, my shower is not a surprise. It's on 3/15.

My SIL, who is throwing it, told me she sent was going to send invites out 2 weekends ago.

I just assumed she did. Then this past weekend, she said something about sending them this past weekend.

I've had a bunch of people (who were definitely on the invite list) ask me this week if I was having a shower and if so, when. So I assume this means that they never got their invites.

SIL is going on vacation tomorrow. I don't want to hound her on whether she actually sent the invites out or not, but she is going to be away until the 1st of March.

Should I be concerned that she really hasn't gotten the invites out yet or do you think people wll be getting them today or tomorrow if she sent them this weekend.

I mean, she can't go on vacation without sending them out first, can she?

I would propably ask someone else to ask her since you shouldnt be the one to have to worry about it

i would ask her. You can call and tell her to have fun on her trip and then mention that some people questioned if you were having a shower and see if she sent them yet.

I would def ask because March 15th is right around the corner.

Ooh, I would say something. My shower is the same day and they went out on Monday.
