Baby under the weather...UPDATE
My 3 month old princess is under the weather today & I don't know what to do.
She took most of her bottle this am & then proceeded to spit the entire thing up. Since then she's making these little cries like she's in pain, even in her sleep.
She isn't constipated/diarrhea, although the noises she is making sound like she is pushing.
This has been going on since 9am.
She has only taken about 3 oz. the rest of the day. Anytime we lay her down she cries in pain. Usually she's an angel baby. Pls. help!
She doesn't have a fever.
We gave her Milicon in an oz. of water, but don't know what else to do for her. Any suggestions?
It also doesn't help that her christening is tomorrow
********************* UPDATE: She ended up finally falling asleep about 4pm & slept until 6. When she woke up she was smiling and hungry. She drank her whole bottle & then was playing & gave her a bath. She was back to her old self again. She just had her bottle at 8 & fell asleep (hopefully for the night).
Thanks for all the advice/support

Re: Baby under the weather...help
Sounds like teething? Maybe her gums hurt? Try a teether or an ice cold washrag?

Thanks ladies, we tried the teether, no dice. My mom said it sounds like her tummy....I'm almost in tears myself....

Re: Baby under the weather...help
mayeb she has gas try putting her belly on your legs and rock her side to side to get it out
or u can push her legs mean her knees will touch her belly and that usually helps with gas.
If that is it

Re: Baby under the weather...help
I really hope she feels better. Interesting though because I used Mylicon for the first time yesterday and my DD has been irritable much in the same way you describe your DD today.... I guess they just have off days like you and I, good luck tomorrow too!
