Baby Yoga classes
any in the garden city area? Are they okay for a 5 and a half month old? What do you do at this type of class?

Theres a place in east meadow that has a mommy and me yoga class. never been too tho.

I did it with a 10 week old so I'd say yes. It was fun though not a big work out for me or DS. I did get fabulous advice about sleeping through the night from one of the other moms there so my views on it may be skewed
I went to the Buddhaful Baby class at Om Sweet Om in Port Washington - beautiful studio!
