BabyAvocado!
Your post about working out yesterday inspired me... I used the treadmill AND elliptical last night after Alex went to sleep! 40 minutes and I feel great today... maybe we should start a mommy - workout thread for inspiration???

Great idea - We definitely should start a thread because I have to admit that just talking about it with you guys yesterday helped me too!
I managed to hop on my elliptical for a 1/2 hr last night and it felt great!!
