Nope, only if you are a village resident... but then I think you have to pay a small yearly fee.
The south parking lot is for non-village residence and it's .25 for 2 hours... there is another non-village resident parking lot around the block that is .25 for 2 hours. Across the street there is a lot that charges $3 a day and another lot across from Argyle park that charges the same. HTH
