Baby's First Christmas/Holiday Season
Do you spoil because its the first?
Go easy because they don't know better?
Middle of the road - they did just get a whole lot of new stuff when they were born?

I guess it depends on age - my nephew is going to be about 2 months this Christmas - he was a preemie so he'll only be home a few weeks. Money is tight and I went a little crazy on the shower since my sis kind of got jipped - I'll take it easy this year.

I guess kind of middle of the road. She'll be getting toys that she'll be using throughout the year, as she grows into them. The flip side to her not knowing any better because she's SO new is that her birthday isn't for almost 9 months after Christmas, and she'll need stuff between now & then.

we're taking it easy. i was out of work unpaid for 10 weeks, so that made a dent in our financial situation. we're going to get him 1 toy and I'm sure he'll be spoiled by everyone else.
