Baby's first food...Plum Organics..

Hi everyone! My baby is going to be 5 months this week and I would like to start him on cereal. I bought the brand called Plum Organic oatmeal cereal, the whole grain infant cereal. Has anyone tried this or anything from this brand? This stage starts from 4 mths and up. Or does anyone recommend any other baby food cereal brand? Thank you so much!

We've used Plum, Ella's and Happy Baby.

Logan likes them all

We've used the stage 1 and 2 foods so far. I used Plum with DD1 also....although a few years back they weren't as readily available or have the list of foods they have now...I was only able to get the food in frozen section from Whole Foods back then.
Never used their cereals though....we used Earth's Best...for no other reason than its what I used with DD1.
I alternate between Plum, Earth's Best and making my own for DD2.

We didn't do much cereals, when we did it was earths best, because it was what I could find.

As for baby foods, I love Plum. They taste so good, I eat leftovers. Ds now has the pouches as snacks, he sips out of them like a straw.

Aslo try Sprout. Its new brand, but sooo yummy. I bought from my local organic shop after my frieds were raving over it.

I normally make my own baby food but if I don't I only buy Plum and Ella's Kitchen. They are fantastic, taste good, and DD loves them. We've used all their foods (and stages) at this point and they're all fantastic.

We have bought the Happy Baby puff snacks, and they're great, but thats it, so I can't really talk about that brand.

The packets from Sprout are also very good and they make some tasty combos.

I've so far tried the Plum organic oatmeal cereal, and my baby loves it who's now 5 mths old. I just bought Earths Beast organic whole grain rice cereal, so lets see how he does with that =) This week I will start pureeing his own fruits and veggies. Cant wait!
