baby's weight
If someone is not due for 4 1/2 more weeks, is it possible for the baby to be in the birth canal already? I have not given birth for 23 years so I do not remember. Could it be a miscalcualtion?

Re: baby's weight
I am certainly no doctor, but I was told that someone is "full term" from 37-42 weeks. If you go by that, it is only 1 1/2 weeks early.
Is the baby in the birth canal or in the pelvic region? Because they can be in the pelvic region for weeks. I thought once they are in the birth canal, they are ready to come out any minute.

Re: baby's weight
Thanks for your response. i was told the baby is in the birth canal. Just thought it is strange being sh4e has 4 1/2 weeks to go and she is so positive she did not miscalulate. I guess we are all anxious also.
