babyshower advice
My bestfriend is single handedly coordinating my shower. Considering she is doing this I really don't want her to buy me anything but she is insisting she does. What should I do?

I actually gave my friend her babyshower and i also bought her a gift. I did it b/c i wanted to and not b/c i felt obligated to - i am sure your friend feels the same way. of course she yelled but i didnt care - lol
just tell her how greatful u r for all that she has done & that u dont expect anything more - but she probably wont listen - lol

My brother & SIL are hosting my shower (as long as their house renovation is done, but that's another story) and I'm thinking about either taking her to the spa for a mini spa day the day before or, if that won't work out, give her a GC to the spa to use later. Another idea I had was to send her flowers as a thank you.

actually that was what she did for me - she sent me the next day a huge bouquet of flowers.

I got my sister a bottle of Patron tequila because I knew she worked so hard on my shower...she LOOOOOVES her some tequila...

oooo I love the flowers idea! I'm going to get my sis the man in the moon necklace from Tiffanys and then I will give the baby the man in the moon rattle so they will have their matching things.
