Back again

I don't post too much on here, but we just found out that our baby stopped growing at 6 weeks at our 9 weeks sonogram appointment. I'm completely devastated, this is our second loss this year and I feel so helpless. I am going for a D&C tomorrow and we are hoping to move forward and try to stay positive. My first pregnancy was very short lived. I started bleeding only a couple of hours after getting a BFP. This time around I felt so optimistic. I didn't have any sotting or bleeding and felt pretty good. I'm not really sure where to go from here. Should I see an RE.? Can you see one even though your not trying.? I don't think we are ready to try again for a while, but I want some answers as to why this is happening. Thanks for listening.

I would wait and see what the results say as well and then make a decision as to how to move forward from there.

i don't know anything about seeing an RE so i don't have answers for you there - but if that is a concern you have, definitely express it to your OB and see what they say.

Re: Back again

I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm in the same boat as you, 2 losses this year. I wasn't sure if I wanted to see a RE but after I got the results from my obgyn that the 2nd loss was a normal healthy girl I decided that I want some answers. You can def see a RE if you're not trying, in fact, my dr told me to stop trying so that he can finish his tests. Good luck!
