Back from Costa Rica!
We just returned from a 9 day getaway to Costa Rica. What a magnificent country! The landscape was breathtaking and the people were so friendly. Here was our itinerary, which I think would be perfect for a honeymoon too!
Our Itinerary:
3 nights Manuel Antonio
3 nights La Fortuna/Arenal
2 nights Vara Blanca/Poas

How did you like Buena Vista?
Yes, the howler monkey pic was from MA park (which was wonderful), but if you can believe it, we saw just as many animals at the hotel! Buena vista was booked, so we stayed at Arenas del mar which was FABULOUS!! The hotel just opened a few months ago and was 5 star all the way! The best part was that they have direct beach access. We were not ready to leave MA... I could have stayed there all week!
Check out my pics from Arenal and Poas volcano regions. If you are thinking about planning another trip, I would check it out. The landscape is so different and beautiful!
I loved the country! We would love to go back... there is so much left to see!
