Back from monitoring at Re's office...UPDATED
So after being onLupron for 1 week and a Gonal-f/Repronex mixture, no follies onleft side, and 3 small ones on right. :(
They said the blood looked ok but doesn't seem like the ovaries are responding. I have to call later for further instructions. I onlyhave meds left for like 2 days so I assume they are just going to stop the meds and maybe try something else?
Just came home for lunch and Dr. Brenner called me. Told me to stop meds, I am just not responding. Have to make and appt. and try again. I just cannot stop crying right now. I did wheatgrass, I have been doing accupuncture since August. I dunno!

Most likely they will up the meds. You should have enough time to get more.

Most likely they will up the meds. You should have enough time to get more.
ITA!! This is by no means terrible.. just annoying..

Oh I'm so sorry. It happens sometimes. There have been a lot of women on this board who didn't respond one cycle and then the next it was totally different. Keep your head up and know that next cycle it will be better. Hopefully they change up your meds too.

I am so sorry. This happened to me in June. I stimmed for 8 days and produced 2 follies. I had another cycle in July and had 13 eggs retrieved, 11 fertilized and we transferred 2 and froze 4. After my first cycle Dr K said he thought i would be one of those people that never had eggs to freeze. But look what happened! Once cycle can be 100 times different than the next. I know you are miserable right now. Feel free to fm me if you want. I have been there.

You should totally be able to jump into another cycle. I started my next round of bcps on cd3 of AF following my cancelled cycle.

I haven't been on this cite for a few months but today I went on and happened to read your story. Unfortunately I think we may be living parallel lives. I too am with LIIVF, with Dr. K. My first cycle of IVF was last month with only 2 eggs. Only one matured and they cancelled the IVF and did an IUI (which obviously didnt work). This month was my second try and I was put on Lupron QID 4x a day with Menapur (150) and Foll(150) and Dex. I too received a phone call from Dr. Brenner today to stop my meds because I was not responding. I am personally beginning to become leary to the Lupron and hope they change my meds. I know exactly what you are feeling. I am tired of crying and feeling sorry for myself. I have never had egg problems until I began the meds two months ago. I will be thinking of you and I hope everything works out for you!!
