Back from NC and I need a little advice...

We just came back from the Raleigh/Wake Forest area. We have zeroed in on a neighborhood that is in the process of being developed in Wake Forest.

Being that we are overwhelmed and SO excited, I'm wondering if someone can give us any input on this area....Are there any other neighborhoods that anyone would recommend building a home in? Somewhere around 2700 sq. ft. and the $325 range (with upgrades)?

Any input at all would be appreciated!

Dana- try posting on NFR b/c I know there are girls who live in NC who post regularly on there but may not check the home board.

Try Wakefield Plantation in North Raleigh.

Or Any of Six Forks area also in Raleigh.

Wake Forest is nice but it's more country. You get a lot for your house for $325K though.

You should get about 1 acre for that. Especially in Wake Forest. Or less in a super nice neighborhood.

We thought so but the prices are starting to go up. Their quarter increase is in two days or so and everything will go up $5000 in the least and $10,000 at most. I will check those areas-thanks!
