Back on the wagon
With all my personal and work worries, I just stopped running.  Of course, once I stop running, I stop going to WW- and I stop watching what I eat- and its all downhill from there.
So I am back on the wagon. I went for a run today. Since the last time I ran was 2 months ago and in warm weather, my body was so unprepared for the brisk weather. It was a tough run. I was slow, and my breathing was labored.
But I am determined to get back into it and to continue. My new job will have a lot less hours so I will be able to continue once I start my new job sometime early next year. My new goal:
marathon 2009!!!
