back pain and cramping?

I have been having really bad back pains and real bad cramping. I am 33 weeks pg. Is this normal around this time???

I would call the doctor. I don't think pain is every a good sign unless you are full term. Feel better. Hopefully, these are just braxton hicks.

Drink some water and see if the cramps go away- if so than it's braxton hicks. Otherwise give you Dr. a call.

I will start hydrating myself more and keep and eye on things. If i don't feel better by Saturday I'll call my doc. TIA

Braxton Hicks shouldn't be painful, they are more annoying. If water doesn't make them go away and they are very painful don't wait till Saturday. Better safe than sorry

I JUST went through this starting at 34 weeks..turns out its the body preparing for labor, mine was the exact same as you described. Turns out i was contracting, but not considered real labor contractions. I was 50% effaced so the doc said the baby was starting to get ready. Still means that i could deliver soon or weeks from now...unfortunately some womens bodies go through it for weeks. Good luck to you!!
