back pain between shoulder blades...
I must say this is a new pain i have never felt. Im hoping it is positional considering i have spend that last few days in bed just relaxing. But out of no where today it has started to bother me. Anyone else expierence this?

I have back/neck/shoulder pain. I've always had pain there due to spendint a lot of time at a desk but it has gotten exponentially worse recently. I think my sleep posture also has to do with it.
Do you sit at a desk for long periods of time too?
