back pain sufferers..anyone have a kneeling chair

Help. Sitting at a desk is becoming impossible. I have looked online at some expensive ergonomic chairs but I keep ruiing them out b/c I would still be in that painful position. I saw kneeling chairs and I said, "maybe." That's the best reaction I have had when chair shopping.

What chair do you have? I already know that some people sit on an exercise ball. I don't think that's for me.

i think it doesn't matter what chair you have...but a lumbar support chair will probably be best...its more important to get up once in awhile and walk around.
