back pain, ugh!
is anyone else getting this ridiculous back pain? the other day it started and has gotten worse and worse. it starts in my upper back and goes all the way down to my legs. everything i'm reading is saying sciatica, but this sux. i'm only 16 weeks with twins, so i know it will get worse. any tips on how to deal?

i am having the same problem.. except its my lower/mid back.. and it only seems to get bad wheni am at work .. sitting all day.. i get so uncomfortable i can't take it!!
i hope you get some relief too!

I asked my doctor what I can do for the pain and she said to do leg/knee lifts (like pull your knees up to your chest and hold, to stretch everything).

i am 16 weeks also and I have the same nagging pain..i do a lot of squats and stretching and it helps but after prolonged sleeping or lying down i am a mess....

This really works my PT always says to do it. Just do it slow and rotate your leg in a small circle when it is pulled into your chest. Clockwise, and then counterclockwise.
