I guess it can happen to anyone especially celebrities. I feel so bad for him on the day the new album comes out. Poor Brian. Feel better soon!!

my 3 year old nephew had swine flu and so did a lot of other people.....why is this news? does he have any other medical condition that makes the flu more dangerous for him?

Well, the reason it raised my eyebrows was because I know he has a previous heart condition that was very serious. So, when I first read that he had the swine flu that concerned me - I thought it could possibly complicate the situation. Hopefully though, he'll be fine and overcome it.

He has already had Heart surgery in the past... That is why this makes it a bit more dangerous.

He has already had Heart surgery in the past... That is why this makes it a bit more dangerous.
And i'm pregnant so if I get it is it breaking news? My friend had it 2wks ago and her NEWBORN is just fine...didn't see that make CNN.
I don't underestimate the seriousness of this, but MANY people have it, and yes while his heart condition makes it more dangerous MANY people have underlying illnesses that make ANY NORMAL flu dangerous! I just think we are creating our own hysteria about it. People die every year from the normal flu. I just think publishing a celebrity case creats more hysteria since people assume they are immune to this stuff, and now that a celebrity has it people will over react. Just my opinion, and I am sorry if I sound harsh......I work in healthcare and am so sick of this Swine Flu sh*t. People are blowing this WAY WAY WAY out of control.
