Bad Day...
Having a bad day so far... feeling better now that I'm at work, but I couldn't stop crying on the drive in this morning... don't really know why, I was just really upset about EVERYTHING. That I don't have my family, Garth Brooks was on the country station and they were talking about how he took time off from entertainment to be with his family and I got so upset that I didn't have my family, that I'm going to be an old Mommy... I always wanted to be a young mommy... Then I heard something about someone passing away and I got all upset about that, and I got upset about my father being so far away (he's living in San Francisco alone without any family, but with a good friend, for work)... I'm glad I'm feeling better now, lets hope my mood keeps getting better!

I hate days like this.... its like once the tears start, anything can trigger them and you almost cant stop... Feel better....

Driving and in the shower. The 2 places I lose it. It's good to get it out though.

I think this whole process if lots of highs and lows until we are in a good place.
Most of the time I'm OK. But last night was bad for me b/c I saw too many baby commercials (we were watching The Goldbergs) and then I went to read a food & lifestyle blog I haven't read in a while (she's the only one who doesn't either have a baby or is pregnant) and of course the newest post was that she's 16 weeeks pregnant. So, I just lost it.
I decided to stop looking on FB and even my healthy living blogs b/c it's just too sensitive a topic right now.
