I was in my 1st and 2nd trimester and if I didnt take Tylenol as soon as they hit, I ended up with a migraine throwing up. It was bad.
The chiropractor helped some with my headaches though.

I had them alot in my first trimester. I still get them sometimes now (38 weeks), but not nearly as often.
