Bad left sided pain fo about 18hrs.....
So here's some info on my "situation" On the left side my tubes and ovary are not connected to anything, but are free floating in the abd. Last night I started getting sharp intense pain on my left side almost over by my hip but still in the abd......It feels JUST LIKE af is coming and I am miserable.....I'm not worried about the baby because it's about a good 5-6 inches from where the baby is....I guess the best way to describe it is if your appendix were on the left side and ruptured that is what it feels like and about where the pain is....What could this be? I have no bleeding and besides that the rest of my stomach feels fine....

I would call your practitioner just because your anatomy is a bit different and your medical HX. I think you said you had a bi-corunate uterus or something similar??
Anyways, there is a good change it is just normal stretching and pulling of ligaments and muscles which is common in PG and can sometimes hurt like heck.
But give your HX I would give your practitioner a quick call and let them knwo what is goign on and let them tell you its normal steretching etc!

Yes I have a screwed up uterus as well...it's not bi-corniate like I thought but unicorniate and 1/2 to 3/4 the normal size......what does stretching feel like?

Stretching can feel anything like your muscles stretching, pulling, twinges and sharp pains...
I remember in my first trimester having an overall dull aching "full" feeling in my uterus accompanied by some "pulling" twinges and a few sharp pains that would make me hold my breath!
