Baked chicken
I have a whole chicken I am going to make for dinner tonight. How do you prepare/season yours? I usually just do salt and pepper but was looking for something a little different. TIA

Re: Baked chicken
I quarter an onion, whole garlic clove and lemon and stuff it inside the cavity and then olive oil, salt and pepper the outside. Comes out very moist!

Re: Baked chicken
I stuff it with carrots, onion, celery, and an orange. I will squeeze the juice of the orange first over the top of the chicken and then salt and pepper.

Re: Baked chicken
I just tried this on chciken pieces, maybe it might be good on a whole chicken, I made a marinade of Good seasons Italian dressing, light Asian sesame dressing, and some orange juice. I marinated it and baked. YUMMY!
