Baked Falafel Recipe
Does anyone have a baked Falafel Recipe?
Also, do any places serve them baked instead of fried?
I have been craving them but I want to try to keep it on the healthy side and have them baked.

I tried this recipe yesterday and the patties came out so dry. Have no idea what I did wrong.
